Rooted in Christ. Built to Lead. Called to Multiply.
Your life, leadership, and resources have been entrusted to you for a purpose. Deep Rooted Believers helps Christians strengthen their faith, discover their calling, and faithfully steward what God has given them to make a difference wherever they serve.
Our vision
To see a global movement of Spirit-led leaders deeply rooted in Christ, advancing the Kingdom of God by living out their calling with clarity, courage, and impact.
Three pathways
Each pathway builds on the one before it. Begin wherever you are, and return often.
Everything else rests here. A life that bears lasting fruit begins with a heart anchored in Jesus through Scripture, prayer, surrender, and the slow work of learning to hear His voice.
“Rooted and built up in him and established in the faith, just as you were taught, abounding in thanksgiving.”Colossians 2:7
Leadership is not reserved for titles. It is the faithful use of influence in service of others. We explore the character, clarity, and courage that make leadership trustworthy wherever you serve.
“Whoever would be great among you must be your servant.”Matthew 20:26
God entrusts each of us with time, talent, treasure, relationships, and influence. Multiplication is the faithful work of investing these gifts, and of equipping others to do the same.
“Well done, good and faithful servant. You have been faithful over a little; I will set you over much.”Matthew 25:21
From the founder
After nearly 30 years in a rewarding corporate career, I sensed God calling me into a new season. Leaving Nationwide in 2024 challenged where I had placed my identity and security. Through Scripture, prayer, fasting, and waiting, God reshaped my understanding of leadership. Today I continue applying the experience and gifts entrusted to me in service to others.Read my story
